Scope of Services:
- Service of marine automation equipment at the installation site on the Customer’s request, with technical support available up to 24 hours a day.
- Overhaul and routine repairs, as well as bench adjustment of equipment and primary transducers in our workshops.
- Replacement of Russian-made equipment with foreign equivalents.
- Testing of sensors, detectors and protection relays for alarm and protection systems, fire detection stations and shipboard power plants, with an inspection report issued for the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
- Urgent replacement of the customer’s faulty equipment with refurbished equipment from the ROSWOOD exchange pool.
- Technical advice on the installation and maintenance of control and monitoring systems.
All work is carried out by qualified service engineers under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
